What is the cancellation policy?

Due to high demand, I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If an appointment is cancelled without 48 hour notice, the client will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. I will also be requiring each client to have a credit card on file that will be charged in this instance. This is a standard industry wide policy and will allow me to serve the maximum amount of clients. Thank you for your understanding and support.

How do I determine which facial to choose?

I am trained to customize each facial treatment for your particular skin through skin analysis. This may mean that you do not receive the facial you booked but one rather more suited to your skin type.

What time should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive at your appointment time. Every service booked has a 15min block added to make sure you receive your whole service.

What type of products do you use?

I only use TOP quality Pharmaceutical grade products that truly make a difference after just ONE treatment.

Do you sell the products used in your spa?

Absolutely, I also carry gift shop items available for purchase.

What is your COVID policy?

We follow Colorado State Covid Policies and you must wear a mask to your appointment.
